WBCRT was formed in 1946 (originally as the South Wales Cave Rescue Organisation). Their HQ is at Penwyllt in the Swansea Valley, and the team is responsible for incidents in caves and disused mines in South Wales (other than Gwent) and all of Mid Wales. |
