Cave
Access The cave is situated on Great Tor and is reached by following the track from Penmaen Burrows as far as the top between two rocky nobs on Great Tor. A descent of about 10 metres down the Eastern side leads to the entrance.
Description The main entrance leads to a chamber 33 metres long, 6 metres high and 2.5 metres wide. At the end there is a small arch which leads to another chamber and a 10 metre passage. In the main chamber, there is a passage which leads to a small chamber from which a 10 metre chimney leads to the cave's second entrance.
History Thought to span at least 5 million years...
