Cave
Access The cave is located in the Cwar Yr Ystrad quarries, which are currently not being operated. The road from Trefil is private from the end of the village and will be gated at weekends and after the current quarry stops operating.
Description The cave is located at the bottom of the quarry face in near the centre of the Westernmost quarry. The entrance is generally filled with a drystone wall and drops into a large passage. The cave is both large and extensive passing boulder chokes to lead to a final chamber from where the small stream flows in a small passage that eventualy becomes too low to follow.
