Description A small, well-concealed entrance has a short passage that opens into a chamber 3 metres across. At the back of the cave is a small 'chimney' in the roof that opens in the cliff above.
History It is believed that this is the cave where Catholics took refuge in 1586 and produced Y Drych Gristianogwal (The Christian Mirror), perhaps the first book ever printed in Wales. Discovered in 1959 by John Blore. Examined in 1961 by Douglas Hague of the Royal Commission on Ancient and Historic Monuments. Excavated 1962-1963 by J. D. Blore
